The Sundance Bearlodge FFA chapter attended the annual Black Hills Stock Show in Rapid City, an event known for its extensive lineup of agricultural activities, to view vendors and participate in various workshops. Chapter members joined hundreds of other FFA youth from Wyoming, Nebraska, and South Dakota in engaging with industry professionals and exploring the over 300 trade show booths featuring everything from livestock equipment to Western wear. The event also provided opportunities for the chapter to participate in educational programs and speaker sessions covering topics such as Ag Advocacy, Precision Technology, Livestock Judging, and the Importance of Soil Health, enhancing their practical knowledge and leadership skills. Attending the stock show offered the Sundance Bearlodge members a valuable chance to connect with peers and industry experts, gaining insights into current agricultural practices and potential career pathways.
