Mission Statement
Members of the Sundance Bearlodge FFA Chapter will strive to develop their leadership skills through community involvement, career development events, and supervised agricultural experience programs. Members will work to promote agriculture in their homes and communities while ensuring the future of agriculture.

Chapter PresidentKeaton MillsOver the last five years, my engagement with our chapter has been marked by three years in an official role. Currently, I contribute to our chapter's agronomy, environment, and natural resources team. Additionally, I participate in showing steers at the county fair. Growing up surrounded by agriculture has cultivated a genuine passion for FFA. Witnessing the positive impact FFA can have has inspired me to continue fostering its influence within our community.
Chapter Vice PresidentLexie MarchantI have been actively involved in FFA for five years. Through my time as an FFA member, I have gained numerous experiences and abilities. I have taken part in livestock judging, livestock showing, leadership, and agronomy. I have been very fortunate to have obtained the following positions in our chapter: reporter, secretary, and my current position of vice president. I aspire to obtain a job in the agriculture industry when I eventually enter the workforce.
Chapter SecretaryLexie MarchantI have been actively involved in FFA for five years. Through my time as an FFA member, I have gained numerous experiences and abilities. I have taken part in livestock judging, livestock showing, leadership, and agronomy. I have been very fortunate to have obtained the following positions in our chapter: reporter, secretary, and my current position of vice president. I aspire to obtain a job in the agriculture industry when I eventually enter the workforce.
Chapter TreasurerHolden AyerI've been in FFA for Four years and was elected as Treasurer last spring as a sophomore. I've shown steers, and goats in FFA for the last several years. I have also been in Horse and live stock judging teams, and was on the 2nd place horse judging team in 2022.
Chapter ParliamentarianNatalie CurrenI have been involved in FFA for five years, and each year I get more and more involved. I have lived on a ranch my whole live and plan to live the rest of my life surrounded by agriculture. I love agriculture and I love everything that surrounds it. I plan to continue my education and experience in the agricultural field.
Chapter SentinelSavanna WilliamsThroughout my High school and Junior high career I've been involved in the FFA. I've shown steers, goats, and sheep at the Crook County Fair. I've been involved on numerous CDE teams including horse and livestock judging. I'm currently the Sentinel for the Bearlodge Sundance FFA chapter. I strive for excellence in and outside of FFA.
Chapter ReporterRiley BankerI have been enrolled in FFA for 5 years, and along the way I have learned what it means to take pride in my work. From raising my own livestock to horse judging, and even being elected into a vice president position my second year in office.
Chapter ReporterMadeline FleenorI have been in FFA for three years and this is my first year holding an office. I have shown pigs and cattle for 7 years as well as competed in livestock judging and agronomy. I plan on continuing my roles in agriculture in the swine industry.

We will help to promote the well-being of students mentally and physically, in achieving the positive evolution of the whole person.

Activities that help the individual develop technical, human relations and decision-making skills to enhance personal success.
Growing Leaders - Personal Growth
Chair: Lexie Marchant
Activities conducted to improve the identity and self-awareness of members. These activities should reflect members’ unique talents and potential by reinforcing their human and employability skills. The activities should strive to enhance the quality of life and contribute to members’ life goals and development.

Encourage all members to apply for scholarships within and out side of the National FFA organization.
Building Communities - Citizenship
Chair: Natalie Curren
We will respect our homes, communities, leaders, and environment. We will strive to develop strong pillars of the community, and obey rules. Members will go above and beyond to be upstanding citizens.
Building Communities - Economic Development
Chair: Holden Ayer
Our community will have unique opportunities and challenges. Members will develop programs seeking to improve the economic well-being and quality of life in our community.
Building Communities - Environmental
Chair: Keaton Mills
Members will focus on environmental health through expansion of knowledge, care, and skillsets. Members will work to conserve natural resources, and utilize all types of materials. Members will partake in healthy methods of pest control, and environmental maintenance.
Building Communities - Human Resources
Chair: Lexie Marchant
Members will work to improve the well being of those in our school, homes, and community. We will promote mental and physical health. We will partake in volunteer work, fundraising, donation, and drives to give back to the community.
Building Communities - Stakeholder Engagement
Chair: Madeline Fleenor
We will put on activities conducted to develop teamwork and cooperation between the local chapter and stakeholders.
Strengthening Agriculture - Agricultural Advocacy
Chair: Autumn Groth
Members will work to ensure and promote the future of agriculture. We will advocate for agriculture in our homes and communities. We will educate the community on agricultural practices and traditions. We will encourage expansion of knowledge amongst chapter members in and out of the classroom. Members will spread their knowledge through competition, public speaking, and assembly. Members will even travel to spread their knowledge further than their own community.
Strengthening Agriculture - Agricultural Literacy
Chair: Lexie Marchant
Members will become literate in all agricultural subjects. Students will work to advocate for agriculture, and gain a firm understanding of what all it influences. We will work to spread the knowledge throughout our chapter, school, homes, and community.
Strengthening Agriculture - Chapter Recruitment
Chair: Autumn Groth
We will put on activities conducted to increase agricultural education enrollment and/or FFA membership and encourage greater participation.
Strengthening Agriculture - Safety
Chair: Taigon Barber
Our FFA members will maintain safety in and outside of FFA. Students must pass with a 100% on a safety test before entering the shop. Students must wear proper PPE at all times inside the shop. Students also become BQA certified allowing them to learn and practice safety with livestock. Students must become OSHA 10 certified allowing them to demonstrate safety.
Strengthening Agriculture - Support Group
Chair: Madeline Fleenor
Members will maintain a positive relationship with their alumni. We will volunteer, serve, and coordinate with our alumni chapter in order to serve our community. We will put on and volunteer at activities such as the FFA Banquet, monthly bingo, dodgeball tournament, and dances.
